Hammond ACEP2024 20 x 24 in Aluminum Optional Panel for ACE Enclosure

The ACEP2024 is the optional aluminum panel for the largest body size in the ACE Series aluminum command enclosure range, 20 in x 24 in. The series ordering table lists it for four enclosure depths: ACE20246LG (6.00 in), ACE20248LG (8.00 in), ACE202410LG (10.00 in) and ACE202412LG (12.00 in), all 20.00 in high and 24.00 in wide. Panel builders and OEM engineers can standardise on one panel part across all four depths.

The ACE Series rear door has provisions for mounting an optional panel and opens with quarter turn latches for internal access. The ACEP2024 supplies the aluminum plate for that position in the 20 x 24 enclosure.

Nominal size is 20 in x 24 in x 0.25 in (508 mm x 610 mm x 6 mm), and the shipping weight is 13 lbs (5.90 kg). The part drawing shows a plate of 17.13 in by 19.63 in, 0.08 in sheet thickness, 0.27 in diameter mounting holes, and hole centres at 14.50 in and 18.88 in.

The ACEP2024 is listed under UL File E65324 and is marked RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980289168 and UNSPSC 39121324. The ACE enclosures it serves are built to enclose electronic controls, instruments and components in indoor environments where dirt, dust, oil and water may be present, and are designed for use with suspension systems.
