Hammond ACEP1620 16 x 20 in Aluminum Optional Panel for ACE Enclosure

The ACEP1620 is the optional aluminum panel for every 16 in x 20 in model in the ACE Series aluminum command enclosure range. The series ordering table assigns it to three enclosure depths: the ACE16206LG (6.00 in deep), the ACE16208LG (8.00 in deep) and the ACE162010LG (10.00 in deep), all 16.00 in high and 20.00 in wide. One panel part therefore covers the whole 16 x 20 family, which simplifies stocking for OEMs and panel builders.

The ACE Series rear door has provisions for mounting an optional panel and opens with quarter turn latches for internal access. The ACEP1620 provides the aluminum plate for that position so components can be laid out inside a suspension-mounted operator enclosure.

Nominal size is 16 in x 20 in x 0.25 in (406 mm x 508 mm x 6 mm) and the shipping weight is 7 lbs (3.18 kg). The part drawing shows a plate of 13.13 in by 15.63 in with 0.08 in sheet thickness, 0.27 in diameter mounting holes, and hole centres at 10.50 in and 14.88 in.

The ACEP1620 is listed under UL File E65324 and is marked RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, with UPC 623980289144 and UNSPSC 39121324. The enclosures it serves are designed for electronic controls, instruments and components in indoor environments where dirt, dust, oil and water may be present.
