Part 2CSC2036 is a 36 in wide consolet in 304 stainless steel, part of the Series 2000 modular console system. It is used to house operator interface components, and its 20° sloped top gives a practical surface for keyboards, switches, indicator lights and dials. The stainless build is aimed at Type 4X installations and at panel shops building complete stainless console lines.
Construction is formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel for the body, door and lid, finished natural stainless with a smooth, brushed appearance and fitted with stainless steel hardware. Seams are continuously welded with no knockouts or holes, and body stiffeners are added where needed. The 36 in model uses a single front door that can be hinged from either side; door profiles are pre-punched for mounting options.
Size is listed as 38 in x 36 in x 17.3 in (965 x 914 x 439 mm). The ordering table gives H1 30.36 in (771 mm), H2 38.03 in (966 mm), W 36.00 in (914 mm) and D 17.30 in (439 mm). The series literature gives the example of a 36 in consolet placed with a 24 in base and terminal together on a 60 in plinth.

Slotted quarter turn oil-tight latches close the door and 3 point adjustable lid, with tamper resistant and locking latches optional. The 2CSC2036 is RoHS and REACH compliant.
