The 2CSC2024 is the 304 stainless steel version of the 24 in wide Series 2000 consolet. It provides an economical, corrosion-resistant housing for operator interface equipment, with a 20° sloped top designed for keyboards, switches, indicator lights and dials. Stainless construction adds a Type 4X rating to the ratings of the mild steel model, and stainless steel hardware is used throughout.
Body, door and lid are formed 14 gauge 304 stainless steel in a natural, smooth brushed finish, with smooth continuously welded seams and no knockouts or holes. Stainless steel models use stainless steel hardware. The single front door can be hinged from either side, the sloped top has a 3 point adjustable lid, and the closed bottom has a removable access panel.
