The 2CSBW48 is the 304 stainless steel base window door for Series 2000 console bases 48 in (1219 mm) wide. A 48 in base uses two front doors, and this part replaces one of them with a door carrying a Lexan viewing window. The manufacturer notes that on two-door units a window can be installed on one side only, so the second door remains solid.
The S2CBWD door is constructed of 14 gauge steel with a Lexan window, and this version is 304 stainless steel for stainless console builds. The drawing shows a gasket and door rail, and the window door maintains the NEMA rating of the enclosure according to the manufacturer.
Ordering-table dimensions for this part are a 23.75 in (603 mm) door width (B) and a 16.75 in (425 mm) viewing width (C). The drawing lists a door height of 25.50 in with an 18.75 in high viewing area on the door. These are the same door and window dimensions used for the 24 in base, because each door of a 48 in base is that size.
The window door is listed as easy to install in the field, which suits retrofits as well as new consoles. The painted RAL 7035 light gray equivalent is 2CLBW48. The 2CSBW48 is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in a box.
