The 2CLBW48 is a base window door for Series 2000 modular console bases that are 48 in (1219 mm) wide. It replaces one of the two front doors on a 48 in base with a door that carries a clear Lexan viewing window, so operators, maintenance staff and panel builders can check indicators, drives or other equipment inside the base without opening it. Because 48 in bases are two-door units, the window is installed on one side only.
The door is built from 14 gauge steel finished in RAL 7035 light gray, matching the light gray version of the console system. The Lexan window is set into the door and the door itself is gasketed, and the manufacturer states that the window door maintains the NEMA rating of the enclosure it is fitted to.
Per the ordering table, the door measures 23.75 in (603 mm) wide (dimension B) and provides a viewing width of 16.75 in (425 mm) (dimension C).
