The 2CLBC4836 closes the open top of a 48 inch Series 2000 console base. Part of the S2CBC Series, it is used when a base will stand on its own without a terminal, desk, turret or other component mounted on it.
It works on both single access and dual access 48 inch bases. The series also lists this cover for use on the underside of a Standard Desk Unit, a Standard Turret and a Data Terminal, so a single part number can cover several positions in a light gray console build.
The cover is built from 14 gauge steel and finished in RAL 7035 light gray. Its nominal size is 1.5 x 48 x 18 in, with a width (B) of 48.00 in (1219 mm). The drawing shows a 1.50 in height, an 18.10 in overall depth, an opening width of 44.75 in and Ø0.28 in holes.
