The 2CSBC3636 is a stainless steel top cover for 36 inch Series 2000 console bases. It belongs to the S2CBC Series and is used when a base's open top will not carry another component such as a terminal, desk or turret, sealing off the top of that section of the console.
The cover fits single access and dual access bases alike. According to the series data it can also be used on the underside of a Standard Desk Unit, a Standard Turret and a Data Terminal, giving it more than one role in a modular console.
Construction is 14 gauge steel in the 304 stainless steel version. The cover is listed at a nominal 1.5 x 36 x 18 in, with a width (B) of 36.00 in (914 mm). Drawing callouts include a 1.50 in height, 18.10 in overall depth, a 32.75 in opening width and Ø0.28 in holes.
