Hammond 182F22 15VA Toroidal Transformer, Dual 22V Secondaries

The 182F22 is a 15 VA toroidal transformer with a pair of 22 V secondaries. Series connection yields 44 V center-tapped at .34 A, and parallel connection yields 22 V at .68 A. The dual 117/234 VAC primary is rated for 50/60 Hz, so the part suits compact audio, instrumentation or control supplies destined for different mains voltages.

Its part page reads REPLACE WITH 1182F22. The 182 Series is being discontinued as a stocked series and is available while quantities last; the 1182 Series is the replacement.

The 182F22 is 2.70 in (69 mm) in outside diameter and 1.25 in (32 mm) high, with an open centre. It is held by a single 8-32 centre bolt 1.50 in (38 mm) long with a top steel washer and top and bottom rubber washers, and ships with two rubber insulating pads, one metal centering washer and all mounting hardware.
