The 1598RBBK is a near-square, shielded desktop instrument case for compact circuit boards. Designers housing a small PCB get a black ABS housing whose inside surfaces are sprayed with an RFI/EMI copper conductive coating (more than 75 dB attenuation from 1 MHz to 1 GHz, per the coating manufacturer).
The series ordering table lists it at 134 mm long, 135 mm wide and 51 mm deep; the drawing gives 134.30 x 135.20 x 51.00 mm overall, and the part page a nominal 134 x 135 x 50 mm. Inside there is 123.30 x 125.90 x 45.50 mm of space, enough for a board up to 122.30 x 122.04 mm. Unlike most sizes in the family, this case locates the PCB on six 3.51 mm bosses.
