The 1593JTBU puts the closed-end 1593J handheld body in transparent blue ABS. With no end panels and a see-through shell, it suits compact handheld electronics where a transparent coloured case is wanted and no openings are needed through the ends of the case.
The enclosure measures 66 x 66 x 28 mm (2.60 x 2.60 x 1.10 in) nominally; the drawing's overall footprint is 66.25 x 66.23 mm. Inside you get 60.07 mm of length and 22.00 mm of height, with a maximum recommended PCB of 59.07 x 59.07 mm fixed by #4 self-tapping screws.
The assembly consists of top and bottom cover plus 2 cover screws in black finish, as supplied with transparent blue enclosures. The top is recessed 0.75 mm over a 55.06 x 55.06 mm area to take a membrane overlay or keypad. The 1593JTBU is rated IP54 and UL94 HB, and the enclosure is secured with self-tapping screws.
It is RoHS and REACH compliant and is shrink wrapped at 0.1 lbs (0.05 kg). Replacement 1593QS100BK black cover screws and 1593ATS50/1593ATS100 PC board screws are listed for size J, and the factory offers milling, drilling and printing on quote.
