The 1593DIR10 is a pack of ten infrared end panels for the slim 1593D handheld enclosures (1593DBK, 1593DGY and 1593DTBU). They let a designer fit an infrared panel in place of one of the standard flat or contoured plastic end panels that come with the case, which is designed as an electronic instrument enclosure ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards.
Each panel is molded from polycarbonate in transparent red and carries a UL94 HB flame rating. The part page lists the size as 1.14 x 0.79 x 0.07 in (29 x 20 x 2 mm), which matches the 29.00 x 20.00 x 1.70 mm end panel on the 1593D drawing.
