The 1591XXBFLGY is a light gray 1591XXB enclosure with mounting flanges integrated into the lid. It pairs a 114 x 63 x 31 mm (nominal) body with four molded countersunk holes for wall or shelf installation, plus an oval hole in each side of the flange so the unit can be strapped or hung with tie wraps.
The textured gray box is molded from easy-to-machine flame retardant ABS carrying UL94 V-0. Gray enclosures include nickel plated screws; the lid is secured with M3-0.5 x 10 mm Phillips machine screws into integral brass bushings, so it can be opened and closed repeatedly. Box, lid, 4 cover screws and installed brass inserts are included, and the recommended torque is (43-50) ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m.
The flanged lid brings the overall length to 137.54 mm, and the flange holes are 5.00 mm thru with a 9.00 mm x 82° countersink. Inside, the 1591XXBFLGY measures 108.15 x 57.65 x 27.00 mm; smooth sides ease connector installation, and integral standoffs in box and lid hold a PCB up to 108.00 x 57.50 mm. PC board mounting bosses inside the box and lid are sized for #4 x 1/4" self-tapping screws, which are not included; PC board screws are available as 1593ATS50 or 1593ATS100.
It is designed to meet IP54, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and ships shrink wrapped at 0.15 lbs (0.07 kg).
