The 1591TSGY is a light gray, flangeless 120 x 80 x 59 mm (4.72 x 3.16 x 2.32 in) enclosure in the economy, general purpose ABS grade of the 1591 Series. It is intended for electronics projects and OEM products that need a tidy box with internal card guides but no flame retardant rating.
Material is general purpose ABS rated UL94 HB (economy versions are not flame retardant). Card guides molded into all side walls accept 1.5 mm (0.062") boards, and lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water, with the enclosure designed to meet IP54.
Drawing dimensions are 120.00 x 80.20 x 58.90 mm overall and 113.54 x 73.74 x 54.80 mm inside, with 49.80 mm high guides. Four #4 self-tapping screws fix the lid into fully plastic posts; light gray enclosures include nickel finish screws. Recommended torque is 42–57 ozf.in (30–40 cN.m).
The 1591TSGY includes box, lid and 4 cover screws and weighs 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) shipped in shrink wrap. It is RoHS and REACH compliant. Accessories include the 1591TC clear lid, 1591TS100 replacement screws and 1591Z card adaptors.
