The 1591TSFLBK pairs the 120 x 80 x 59 mm (4.72 x 3.16 x 2.32 in) 1591 Series body with a lid that has wall mounting flanges molded in. It is the general purpose ABS (economy) flanged-lid version in black, a practical choice for wall-mounted electronics where flame retardant material is not required.
General purpose ABS with a UL94 HB flame rating is used; economy versions are not flame retardant. Molded card guides take 1.5 mm (0.062") boards vertically, and the lap joint protects against dust and splashing water with an IP54 design.
The drawing shows an overall length of 145.58 mm [5.731 in] across the flanges and flange hole centres of 134.00 mm [5.276 in]. Inside measurements are 113.54 x 73.74 x 54.65 mm. The lid is assembled with #4 self-tapping screws into plastic posts (black screws with black enclosures), torqued to 42–57 ozf.in (30–40 cN.m), and the lid also accepts #4 self-tapping PC board screws such as 1593ATS50/1593ATS100.
Included: box, lid and 4 cover screws. The 1591TSFLBK ships in shrink wrap at 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
