The 1591HF2BK is a black flame retardant ABS enclosure with a bottom mounting flange, from the 1591 Series of multipurpose enclosures with card guides. The body is 6.52 x 2.79 x 1.14 in (166 x 71 x 29 mm), and the flange lets installers fix the box to a panel, wall or chassis surface.
Per the 1591HF2 drawing, the overall length including the bottom flange is 190.80 mm [7.512 in] and overall height is 30.50 mm [1.201 in]. Inside, you have 159.70 mm [6.287 in] of length, 64.80 mm [2.551 in] of width and 25.00 mm [.984 in] of height.
The enclosure is molded from flame retardant ABS (FRABS) with a UL94 V-0 rating and an IP54 rating, and lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water. Card guides molded into all side walls accept 1.5 mm (0.062") boards for vertical PCB mounting, and 1591Z adaptors are offered for horizontal boards.
The 1591HF2BK assembly includes box, lid, 6 cover screws and pre-installed brass inserts; the cover takes M3 - 0.5 machine screws torqued to 35.5-42.5 ozf.in (25-30 cN.m). Black enclosures include black screws. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in shrink wrap at 0.28 lbs (0.13 kg).
