Hammond 1591FSBK Black UL94 V-0 Abs Bottom Flange for 110x82 mm Box

The 1591FSBK is a black plastic bottom flange for the 1591S enclosure size. In the 1591R series of EMI/RFI shielded ABS enclosures it is listed as the flange kit for 1591RSBK, a 110 x 82 x 44 mm black enclosure.

The flange is molded from ABS plastic with a UL94 V-0 flame rating and is black. The 1591R series groups these parts under its Plastic Flanges accessories.

The 1591RSBK enclosure it pairs with is 110 mm long, 82 mm wide and 44 mm deep. 1591R enclosures are molded from flame retardant ABS, have an RFI/EMI copper conductive coating sprayed inside (the coating manufacturer specifies more than 75 dB attenuation from 1 MHz to 1 GHz), are designed to meet IP54 and include molded card guides for vertical PCB mounting. Each 1591R size has its own flange kit, for example 1591FABK for 1591RABK and 1591FBBK for 1591RBBK.

Some chemicals can damage or weaken plastic, including acetone, ketones, strong solvents and thread locking compounds, so use only plastic-safe cleaners on the flange and enclosure.
