The 1590ZGRP161PL is the square steel inner mounting panel made for the 1590ZGRP161 enclosure. It gives electricians and OEM builders a removable metal plate for mounting boards and components inside the 160 x 160 x 90 mm glass reinforced polyester box.
The panel is 5.61 x 5.59 x 0.06 in (142 x 142 mm). The drawing specifies galvanized steel, 16 gauge, 1.61 mm [.06 in] thick, with 1.00 x 45.0° chamfered corners. It mounts on the enclosure's internal shelf using the molded-in bonding/mounting nuts.
Panel mounting screws and washers are included. For extra hardware, the enclosure's ordering table lists SCGM6GRP-20, a 20 pack of copper M6 - 1.0 x 6mm ground screws with M6 washers; the panel drawing names the SCGM6GRP copper plated M6-1.0 x 6mm mounting screw as its accessory.
