Hammond 1590ZGRP162PL 243 x 143 mm Galvanized Steel Inner Panel

The 1590ZGRP162PL is the inner mounting panel for the 1590ZGRP162 enclosure, a 260 x 160 x 90 mm glass reinforced polyester box. Installed on the enclosure's molded-in shelf, it gives a metal surface for mounting boards and hardware without drilling the enclosure body.

It measures 9.57 x 5.63 x 0.06 in (243 x 143 mm). According to the drawing the panel is 16 gauge galvanized steel, 1.61 mm [.06 in] thick, with 1.00 x 45.0° chamfered corners. The host enclosure has a 70 mm deep base and a 20 mm deep lid, and its internal shelf carries molded-in bonding/mounting nuts for the panel.
