The 1590Z235G contains two replacement silicone gaskets for the 1590Z235 series of 330 x 230 x 113 mm diecast aluminum enclosures, including the natural 1590Z235, black 1590Z235BK and gray 1590Z235GY. Use it to renew the seal during maintenance or after the enclosure has been machined or reworked.
The gasket is the replaceable one piece silicone rubber part of the 1590Z tongue and groove seal, which protects against dust and water ingress. It is rated -40C to +150C (-40F to 302F). The drawing (reference G235) lists silicone rubber, with Shin-Etsu KE-931U & KE-941U in a 1:1 mixture as the alternate material, and the part page gives an IP66 rating.
