Hammond 1590Z120PL 114x70mm Galvanized Steel Inner Mounting Panel

The 1590Z120PL is a steel inner mounting panel made for the 1590Z120 diecast aluminum enclosure, the 125 x 80 x 59 mm size of the watertight 1590Z Type 4X/ 6P series. It is aimed at designers and installers who want to pre-assemble circuit boards and components on a removable plate rather than fixing them to the diecast box itself.

The drawing shows a rectangular plate of 113.61 mm [4.47 in] by 69.52 mm [2.74 in] in 16 gauge galvanized steel, with a 1.60 x 45.0 degree corner chamfer. The part page lists 4.47 in x 2.74 in x 0.06 in (114 mm x 70 mm x 2 mm) and a shipping weight of 0.02 lbs (0.01 kg). It is packed in shrink wrap.

All three finishes of this enclosure size, 1590Z120 (natural), 1590Z120BK (black) and 1590Z120GY (gray), include an internal mounting shelf and name the 1590Z120PL as their inner panel; the panel is sold separately. The ordering table pairs it with SCGM4-50 extra panel screws, copper ground hardware in M4 - 0.7 x 6mm with M4 washers, 50 pack.

The panel is RoHS and REACH compliant. Solid models are available in STEP or IGES, and factory modification such as milling, drilling and printing can be quoted by the manufacturer.
