Hammond 1590Z062G Silicone Gasket 2-Pack for 98x64x34 mm Enclosure

The 1590Z062G contains two pre-formed silicone rubber gaskets that replace the lid seal on 1590Z062 enclosures, including the black 1590Z062BK and gray 1590Z062GY versions. It is intended for technicians maintaining installed 98 mm x 64 mm x 34 mm boxes and for builders who want spare seals on the shelf.

Material is silicone rubber, and drawing G062 lists an alternate material manufactured by Shin-Etsu, Type KE-931U & KE-941U in a 1:1 mixture. The part page gives an IP66 rating, and the 1590Z series gasket has a temperature rating of -40C to +150C (-40F to 302F).

The gasket outline on the drawing is 3.695 in x 2.356 in [93.84 mm x 59.84 mm], with a section A-A profile of 0.094 in x 0.079 in [2.40 mm x 2.00 mm]. The matching enclosure is listed at 3.86 in (98 mm) long, 2.52 in (64 mm) wide and 1.34 in (34 mm) in total depth.
