The 1590VFLBK is the deep 1590V diecast aluminum enclosure in textured black with the wall-mounting flange integrated into the lid. Mount the lid flat to a wall or panel and close the box onto it, a layout that suits installers and OEM engineers housing taller electronics on a vertical surface.
The box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, tough yet easy to machine. The textured black version is coated with tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish, even after machining, and black screws are included to enhance appearance. Lap joint construction where lid and box meet protects against dust and splashing water, and the standard version is designed to meet IP54.

The water-tight 1590WVFLBK and the 1590QGASKET kit are listed for IP65 builds. The 1590VFLBK is RoHS and REACH compliant; shipping weight 1.1 lbs (0.50 kg).
