The 1590R1FBK pairs the deep 1590R1 body, 7.55 x 4.39 x 2.4 in (192 x 112 x 61 mm), with a welded flanged bottom plate. The result is a black diecast aluminum enclosure that bolts straight to a panel, wall or machine frame, suited to industrial integrators, OEM builders and electricians housing larger electronics.
The drawing shows 216.43 mm (8.521 in) overall across the flange, 62.50 mm (2.461 in) overall height with the bottom plate, and flange mounting holes on 205.16 mm (8.077 in) centres. Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy with a lap joint against dust and splashing water; the standard version is designed to meet IP54. It is finished in textured black polyester powder paint, which stays durable after machining, and includes black screws.
Inside, you have 184.42 mm (7.261 in) of length, 104.42 mm (4.111 in) of width and 56.50 mm (2.224 in) of height. Maximum P.C. board values are listed as 102.42 mm (length) and 182.42 mm (width), and side walls have a draft angle of 2° or less.
Six 6-32 UNC cover screws are included and thread into factory-tapped holes; torque them to 50-55 cN.m [71-78 ozf.in], or 25-30 cN.m [36-43 ozf.in] with a gasket. The water-tight 1590WR1FBK is designed to meet IP65, and the 1590RGASKET kit upgrades this version. RoHS and REACH compliant, shipped shrink wrapped at 1.21 lbs (0.55 kg).
