The 1590P1F is the 153 x 83 x 50 mm 1590P1 diecast aluminum enclosure fitted with a flanged bottom plate, in natural aluminum. The flange makes it easy to secure the box to a wall, panel or equipment frame, which suits facilities and OEM applications where the enclosure is bolted in place.
Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, and the bottom flange is welded to the box. The unpainted finish is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. A lap joint between lid and box protects against dust and splashing water, and the standard version is designed to meet IP54.
Per the drawing, overall length including the flange is 179.53 mm [7.068 in]; the box is 153.00 x 83.10 mm with an overall height of 51.90 mm [2.043 in]. Inside dimensions are 145.69 x 75.79 x 45.50 mm, and maximum PC board dimensions are listed as 145.35 and 75.45 mm.
Box, lid and 4 cover screws are included; the screws thread into factory-tapped 6-32 UNC holes, torqued to 50-55 cN.m. For a sealed version choose 1590WP1F, or add the 1590PGASKET kit. Shipping weight is 0.86 lbs (0.39 kg), and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant.
