Hammond 1590L 101x50x25 mm Natural Diecast Aluminum Enclosure

The 1590L is a slim diecast aluminum electronic instrument enclosure from the 1590-RIBBED series, built for OEM engineers, hobbyists and integrators who need a rugged, easy-to-machine box for a narrow circuit board. Its internal ribs and guide slots let a P.C. board slide in and sit securely, and the low side wall draft angle of 2 degrees or less keeps the walls close to vertical for board mounting.

This natural version is unpainted and vibra finished, leaving a smooth surface with no sharp edges. Lap joint construction between box and lid protects against access of dust and splashing water, and the standard 1590L is rated IP54. The lid fastens with 4X M3.5x0.6 x 12.00 mm screws threaded into factory-tapped holes.
