The 1590DDBK is the black-painted 1590DD: a slim diecast aluminum enclosure measuring a nominal 188 x 120 x 37 mm (7.4 x 4.72 x 1.46 in), without mounting flanges. It is a good match for large, flat circuit boards in products or installations where a finished black case matters.
The textured black coating is a tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish even after machining, and black screws are included. Box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy with a lap joint where they meet, protecting against dust and splashing water; the standard version is designed to meet IP54.
