Hammond 1582H8E1BK 1U 10A PDU, 8 Front C13 Outlets, Switched

The 1582H8E1BK is a 1U horizontal IEC rackmount PDU that distributes single-phase power to networking, server, AV, telecom and other electronic equipment using standard C13 connections. All eight IEC C13 outlets face the front of the unit, making it a practical choice when patching and power connections are made at the front of a 19-inch rack. It is part of the Hammond 1582E Series of 10A IEC rack PDUs.

Power comes in through a rear-mounted IEC 320 C14 inlet, so the appropriate IEC input cord can be selected for the installation and regional power connection. An illuminated on/off rocker switch gives a clear visual indication of PDU status, and a resettable circuit breaker protects against accidental line overload. The unit is rated 100-240VAC by TUV and 120-240VAC by UL, 10A, 50/60Hz. It is not metered and does not include surge protection or a power cord.

Overall dimensions are 1.72 in (44 mm) high x 19.00 in (483 mm) wide x 2.66 in (68 mm) deep, with a shipping weight of 2.8 lbs (1.27 kg). The compact 1U horizontal format mounts directly in standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. The finish is a textured RAL9005 black powder coat that meets applicable GREENGUARD indoor air quality and RoHS requirements.
