The 1555Y2GY is a UL listed polycarbonate enclosure from the 1555 styled-lid series, sized 300 x 240 x 95 mm (11.81 x 9.45 x 3.74 in) in light gray RAL 7035. It suits integrators, electricians and OEM teams housing PC boards or DIN rail mounted components in wet, dusty or outdoor locations, and its lid has a smooth recessed area for a membrane keypad or label.
This polycarbonate version is UV stabilized for outdoor use, carries a UL94 5VA flame rating and is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324. It has been independently tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 and to NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, with an IK08 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021 and a recommended operating range of -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).

The 1555Y2GY mounts to a wall through holes located outside the gasket channel, and the same holes take the 1554FT-XY foot kit. Matching accessories include the 1554YPL steel inner panel and 1554YGASKET replacement gasket. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, weighs 2.81 lbs (1.27 kg) shipped and comes shrink wrapped. The general purpose ABS equivalent is 1555YGY.
