The 1555XA2GY is the 120 mm tall version of the 300 x 200 mm polycarbonate enclosure, measuring 300 x 200 x 120 mm (11.81 x 7.87 x 4.72 in). Its UV stabilized light gray RAL 7035 body is built for outdoor and industrial installations that need a sealed, UL listed box with space for taller DIN rail components.
Polycarbonate 1555 enclosures are cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324 and have been tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 and to NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. The UL94-5VA material is IK08 impact rated per IEC 62262:2021, with a recommended operating range of -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).

Recommended cover screw torque for the 1555XA2GY is 8-9 lbf-in (90-100 cN-m), and the tongue and groove lid seals on a replaceable silicone gasket supplied loose inside. Mount through four 4.39 mm holes outside the gasket channel or with the 1554FT-XY foot kit. The 1554XPL steel inner panel and 1554XGASKET are available separately; shipping weight is 2.86 lbs (1.30 kg).
