The 1555WAGY is a square general purpose ABS enclosure, 180 x 180 x 90 mm (7.09 x 7.09 x 3.54 in), in light gray RAL 7035. It is a practical indoor housing for PC boards, DIN rail devices and small control assemblies where a square footprint and moderate depth work best.
The box, lid, four M4-0.7 x 20mm stainless steel cover screws and a preformed silicone gasket are included. The two piece tongue and groove lid seals on the replaceable gasket, supplied loose; screws are self captivating and thread into corrosion resistant inserts at 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m).
According to the drawing, the 1555WAGY has an overall height of 90.10 mm, an inside length of 171.32 mm and an inside height of 81.20 mm. Maximum P.C. board size is 167 x 167.5 mm, supported by molded DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, #6 self tapping screw standoffs and card guides for 1.5 mm boards. The 1554WPL steel inner panel is ordered separately.
ABS versions are IP66 tested, IK07 impact rated per IEC 62262:2021, UL94-HB and recommended for indoor use between -20°C and +60°C; they are not UL listed. Four 4.30 mm wall-mounting holes outside the gasket channel also accept the 1554FT foot kit. For outdoor use and UL 508A listing, the matching polycarbonate part is 1555WA2GY.
