The 1555R2F42GY is the deeper polycarbonate model in the R size of the 1555F Series flanged enclosures. With a UV stabilized, UL listed body and a wall-mount flange, it fits outdoor wireless, security and industrial control projects where components need more headroom than the low-profile version provides.
The series table lists 6.30 x 6.30 x 2.48 in (160 x 160 x 63 mm) not including flanges, while the part page gives 6.3 x 6.3 x 2.46 in (160 x 160 x 62 mm). The drawing shows 200.00 mm [7.87 in] overall length with flanges, 178.00 mm [7.01 in] hole spacing, 62.50 mm [2.46 in] assembled height, a 42.14 mm [1.66 in] inner box depth and 12.50 mm [.49 in] inner lid depth. Boards up to 148 x 149 mm are accepted.

Construction includes a satin RAL7035 grey finish, recessed lid surface for keypads or labels, a two-piece tongue and groove seal and a one-piece silicone gasket supplied loose. M4 stainless steel lid screws are secured behind the lid in corrosion resistant inserts. The 1555RFPL steel inner panel and 1554RGASKET replacement gasket are available separately; shipping weight is 0.31 lbs (0.14 kg), shrink wrapped.
