The 1554XA2GYCL is a 300 x 200 x 120 mm watertight polycarbonate enclosure with a clear polycarbonate lid, the deepest clear-cover option in this 300 x 200 mm footprint of the 1554 Series. Its light gray (RAL 7035) box houses PC boards or DIN rail mounted components, while the clear lid keeps displays and indicators in view.
Nominal size is 11.81 x 7.87 x 4.72 in. The drawing shows 299.33 x 199.55 x 119.73 mm overall and a usable interior of 289.09 mm length, 189.31 mm width and 111.75 mm height, with PC boards up to 285 x 174 mm accommodated.

A two piece tongue and groove lid and replaceable one-piece silicone gasket (shipped loose) protect against oil, dust and water. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use, tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, rated IK08 and cUL and UL 508A listed under E65324. The 1554XA2GYCL part page lists UL94 5VA; series data states clear lids carry UL94V-0.
Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F). Mount through four 4.39 mm wall holes outside the gasket channel, or with the 1554FT-XY foot kit. Shipping weight is 2.86 lb (1.30 kg).
