The 1554W2GYSL pairs a light gray (RAL 7035) polycarbonate base with a smoked polycarbonate lid in a square 180 x 180 x 60 mm format. The tinted cover shows internal indicators while giving a darker appearance than the clear-lid version, and suits integrators and OEM designers building sealed electronics for outdoor duty.
The ordering table gives 7.09 x 7.09 x 2.36 in (180 x 180 x 60 mm) and the part page lists a nominal 7.1 x 7.1 x 2.36 in. The drawing shows 60.10 mm overall height and inside dimensions of 172.36 x 168.69 x 53.70 mm. PC boards up to 167 x 167.5 mm mount on molded vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards, M3 brass inserts or #6 self-tapping standoffs, and DIN rail tabs are molded in.
The smoked lid is rated UL94 V-0. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized, cUL and UL 508A listed under E65324 (drawing mark UL Listed Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P), and tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, with IK08 impact per IEC 62262:2021 and a -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F) recommended range.
Four included self-captivating stainless steel M4 screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts; torque them to 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m). The replaceable silicone gasket ships loose. Four 4.30 mm wall mounting holes outside the gasket channel accept the 1554FT foot kit, and the 1554WPL inner panel fits this size. The 1554W2GYSL weighs 0.95 lbs (0.43 kg) shipped, shrink wrapped, RoHS and REACH compliant.
