The 1554V2GYCL is the clear-lid version of the 240 x 160 mm, 91 mm high polycarbonate enclosure, combining a polycarbonate box with a clear polycarbonate lid. It is aimed at builds where indicators, displays or meters inside a larger enclosure must remain visible, such as field control and monitoring equipment.
The series specification sheet states this part is Type 4, 4X only, and the drawing carries the cUL US Listed mark (file E65324) with Type 4, 4X. The part page lists IP66, UL94 V-0, a NEMA rating of 1, 4, 4X, 12 & 13, and a color attribute of Clear. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use, UL 508A listed, IK08 impact rated per IEC 62262:2021 and recommended for -40°C to +110°C.

The drawing notes that the assembly includes the box, lid, four cover screws and preformed silicone gasket, and the tongue and groove lid protects against oil, dust and water. The 1554V2GYCL ships shrink wrapped at 1.33 lbs (0.60 kg).
