The 1554ULGY is the general purpose ABS version of the shallow 200 x 120 x 45 mm enclosure, molded in light gray RAL 7035 with a gray lid. It is a practical indoor housing for a single PC board, a short DIN rail or small control electronics where a low profile and a sealed screw cover are wanted.
ABS versions use general purpose material with a UL94-HB flammability rating and are for indoor use. They are not UL listed but have been tested to and meet IP66, and are impact rated IK07 per IEC 62262:2021. Recommended operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).
The drawing shows inside dimensions of 192.98 x 112.98 mm with 39.15 mm of height and an overall height of 45.95 mm. Boards up to 190.5 x 106.6 mm fit, and the interior provides molded DIN rail tabs, vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards and M3 brass inserts that accept #6 self-tapping screws. A 1554UPL steel inner panel is available separately.
A two piece tongue and groove lid with a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket (supplied loose) keeps out oil, dust and water, and four included self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws secure it. The 1554ULGY mounts through four Ø4.30 mm holes located outside the gasket channel, which also accept the 1554FT foot kit. Shipping weight is 0.62 lbs (0.28 kg).
