Hammond 1554UA2GYSL 200x120x60mm Polycarbonate Enclosure, Smoked Lid

The 1554UA2GYSL combines a light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate base with a smoked polycarbonate lid in a 200 x 120 x 60 mm footprint. The tinted lid is the choice when you want displays or indicator lights to show through while keeping the contents less conspicuous than a fully clear cover. It is intended for engineers and integrators housing PC boards or DIN rail components in harsh indoor or outdoor settings.

Sealing comes from a gasketed two piece tongue and groove lid and a replaceable one-piece gasket of high temperature UL listed silicone, supplied loose in the box. The lid is held by four included M4 stainless steel screws that are self-captivating and thread into corrosion resistant inserts, so the enclosure can be opened and closed repeatedly.

This smoked-lid version carries a UL94 V-0 flame rating and an IP68 rating on its part page. As a polycarbonate model it is UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed (file E65324), IK08 impact rated per IEC 62262:2021, and recommended for -40°C to +110°C. The 1554UA2GYSL has four Ø4.30 mm wall mounting holes outside the gasket channel that also accept the 1554FT foot kit, and ships at 0.78 lbs (0.35 kg).
