The 1554P2GYCL gives the deep 1554P enclosure a clear polycarbonate lid, so taller assemblies, displays and indicator lamps remain visible inside a sealed, UL listed box. The base is light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate.
Nominal size from the ordering table is 120 x 120 x 80 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 3.15 in), consistent with the 80.00 mm overall height on the drawing; the part page lists 4.7 x 4.7 x 3.5 in (119 x 119 x 89 mm). Inside height is 74.00 mm and inside length 111.89 mm, and P.C. boards up to 106.68 x 107.7 mm fit.

Polycarbonate versions including the 1554P2GYCL are cUL and UL 508A listed (E65324), UV stabilized for outdoor use, tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, IK08 impact rated and recommended for -40°C to +110°C. Four 4.00 mm wall-mounting holes sit outside the gasket channel, and the 1554NPL panel and 1554FT foot kit are available.
