Hammond 1554P2GY Deep 120x120x80mm Gray Polycarbonate Enclosure

The 1554P2GY is the tallest of the 120 x 120 mm 1554 enclosures, giving extra depth for taller components, terminal blocks or stacked boards. Box and lid are light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate, UL listed and suitable for outdoor installations by OEMs and field technicians.

The series ordering table gives a nominal size of 120 x 120 x 80 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 3.15 in), matching the drawing's 80.00 mm overall height; the part page lists 4.7 x 4.7 x 3.5 in (119 x 119 x 89 mm). Inside height is 74.00 mm and inside length 111.89 mm, with room for a P.C. board up to 106.68 x 107.7 mm.

Molded DIN rail tabs, M3 brass inserts, standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws and vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards are built in, and it takes the 1554NPL steel inner panel. The flat lid seals through tongue and groove construction and a loose-supplied silicone gasket, secured by four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws at 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m).

The 1554P2GY is cUL and UL 508A listed (E65324), UV stabilized, tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, and rated IK08 and UL94-5VA, with a recommended range of -40°C to +110°C. Four 4.00 mm wall-mounting holes outside the gasket channel also take the 1554FT foot kit.
