Hammond 1554MPB6B 6-Hole Deep 22.5mm Polycarbonate Pushbutton Box

The 1554MPB6B is the deep six-hole option in the 1554 PB range: 120 mm deep with lid, on the 1554VB body, with six 22.5 mm push button holes. The added depth over the 90 mm 1554MPB6 and 1554MPB6A leaves more space for contact blocks, wiring and DIN rail components behind the lid. The 30.5 mm version is the 1554PB6B.

The enclosure is molded from light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate with a UL94 5VA rating, suitable for outdoor use. The lid screws thread into integral stainless steel bushings and seal on a replaceable, preformed high temperature silicone gasket. The base has internal DIN rail tabs, threaded M3 brass inserts and standoffs for M3.5 or #6 self tapping screws, and vertical card guides for 1.5 mm PC boards. The optional 1554VAPL galvanized steel inner panel (8.93 x 5.73 in) and 1554FT feet are available.

Series ratings are IP66 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, with the series noting that 6 pushbutton enclosures do not meet Type 6/6P. The drawing shows cUL US Listing under E65324 and UL 508A approval. The 1554MPB6B includes box, lid, 6 cover screws and gasket, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
