Hammond 1554G2GYSL 120x90x80mm Polycarbonate Enclosure, Smoked Lid

The 1554G2GYSL is the smoked-lid option in the tall 1554G size, pairing a light gray (RAL 7035) polycarbonate base with a smoked polycarbonate lid. At a nominal 120 x 90 x 80 mm, it gives room for taller components while letting indicator lights show through a tinted cover.

Listed with a UL94 V-0 flame rating, the part is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324 and rated IP68 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. The polycarbonate is UV stabilized for outdoor use, IK08 impact rated per IEC 62262:2021, and recommended for -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).

The drawing shows an overall 120.00 x 90.00 mm footprint with an 80.50 mm height, and inside dimensions of 112.39 mm length, 78.39 mm width and 74.50 mm height; the ordering table gives 81 mm total height. The part page lists a maximum PC board of 77.47 x 108.41 mm.

For mounting inside, you can use M3 brass inserts, standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws, the 1.5 mm card guides or the molded DIN rail tabs, and the 1554FPL steel inner panel is sold separately. The lid seals with a two piece tongue and groove joint and a loose-supplied silicone gasket, fixed by four included M4 stainless steel screws. The 1554G2GYSL wall-mounts through 4X Ø4.00 mm holes outside the gasket channel, accepts the 1554FT foot kit, and ships shrink wrapped at 0.52 lbs (0.24 kg); REACH and RoHS compliant.
