Hammond 1554G2GYCL 120x90x80mm Polycarbonate Enclosure, Clear Lid

The 1554G2GYCL gives the tall 1554G body a transparent polycarbonate flat lid over a light gray (RAL 7035) polycarbonate base. With a nominal 120 x 90 x 80 mm size, it suits installers who need to read meters, displays or indicator LEDs mounted on taller hardware without breaking the seal.

Clear lids carry a UL94 V-0 flame rating, which is the rating listed for this part. The enclosure is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324, rated IP68 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, and has an IK08 impact rating. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use and recommended for -40°C to +110°C.

On the drawing the box is 120.00 x 90.00 mm with an 80.50 mm overall height, and inside it provides 112.39 mm of length, 78.39 mm of width and 74.50 mm of height. The ordering table lists 81 mm total height. Boards up to 77.47 x 108.41 mm can be mounted using M3 brass inserts, #6 self-tapping standoffs or the vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards; DIN rail tabs are molded in, and the 1554FPL steel inner panel is available separately.

Four M4 stainless steel self-captivating screws are included and the one-piece silicone gasket is supplied loose to fit into the tongue and groove lid. Mounting uses 4X Ø4.00 mm holes outside the gasket channel, which also accept the 1554FT foot kit. The 1554G2GYCL is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.52 lbs (0.24 kg).
