The 1554F2GY is a light gray (RAL 7035) polycarbonate enclosure with a matching gray polycarbonate flat lid, sized at a nominal 120 x 90 x 61 mm. It is built for OEM engineers, panel builders and field technicians who need a sealed, UL listed housing for a printed circuit board or DIN rail mounted components, indoors or out.
Polycarbonate versions of the 1554 series are UV stabilized for outdoor use, and the solid gray material carries a UL94-5VA flame rating. The lid seals through a two piece tongue and groove joint with a one-piece, replaceable silicone gasket, which ships loose inside the box for you to fit. Four included M4 stainless steel lid screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts, are self-captivating, and are designed for repeated opening.
The drawing shows an overall footprint of 120.00 x 90.00 mm and a height of 60.50 mm, with an inside length of 112.91 mm, inside width of 80.91 mm and inside height of 54.50 mm. The part page lists a maximum PC board of 77.47 x 108.41 mm. Inside you get M3 brass inserts, standoffs that accept #6 self-tapping screws, vertical card guides for 1.5 mm boards and molded DIN rail tabs; the optional 1554FPL steel inner panel is ordered separately.
