Hammond 1554F2GYCL 120x90x61mm Polycarbonate Enclosure, Clear Lid

When you need to see status LEDs, displays or meters without opening the box, the 1554F2GYCL pairs a light gray (RAL 7035) polycarbonate base with a clear polycarbonate flat lid. It is the see-through version of the 120 x 90 x 61 mm 1554F size, aimed at controls engineers and installers housing circuit boards or DIN rail devices.

Clear lids in this series carry a UL94 V-0 flame rating, and the enclosure is cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324. Polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use, have an IK08 impact rating, and have a recommended operating temperature of -40°C to +110°C. Protection is rated IP68 and NEMA 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13.

Per the drawing, the box measures 120.00 x 90.00 mm with a 60.50 mm height; inside it offers 112.91 mm of length, 80.91 mm of width and 54.50 mm of height. A PC board up to 77.47 x 108.41 mm can be mounted on the M3 brass inserts or #6 self-tapping standoffs, stood in the molded card guides for 1.5 mm boards, or replaced with DIN rail on the molded tabs. The 1554FPL steel inner panel is sold separately.

The lid closes on a two piece tongue and groove joint with a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket (supplied loose, not pre-installed) and four included self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws. Wall-mounting holes, 4X Ø4.00 mm, are outside the gasket channel and accept the 1554FT foot kit. The 1554F2GYCL is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.42 lbs (0.19 kg).
