1554D2GYCL pairs a light gray RAL 7035 polycarbonate box with a clear polycarbonate lid, so status LEDs, displays or gauges inside stay visible without opening the enclosure. It measures 4.72 x 2.56 x 2.40 in (120 x 65 x 61 mm), the size D footprint of the 1554 series.
Like the other polycarbonate versions, it is UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed under file E65324, and independently tested to IP66, IP67, IP68 and NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. The clear lid carries a UL94 V-0 flame rating. Impact rating is IK08 per IEC 62262:2021 and the recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).

The lid seals with a two-piece tongue and groove design and a one-piece high temperature silicone gasket that ships loose for installation. Four included self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws thread into corrosion resistant inserts; tighten to 43-57 oz f-in (30-40 cN-m). The 1554D2GYCL is REACH and RoHS compliant, ships shrink wrapped and weighs 0.35 lbs (0.16 kg).
