1554DGY is a size D, general purpose ABS watertight enclosure in light gray RAL 7035. At 4.72 x 2.56 x 2.40 in (120 x 65 x 61 mm) it shares the 120 x 65 mm footprint of size C but adds height, giving 54.50 mm [2.15 in] inside for taller components, connectors or stacked boards in indoor equipment.
Sealing comes from a two-piece tongue and groove lid and a one-piece, replaceable, high temperature UL listed silicone gasket, which is packed loose inside the box. The flat lid is held by four included self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws that thread into corrosion resistant inserts, so it can be opened and closed repeatedly. Recommended cover screw torque is 43-57 oz f-in (30-40 cN-m).

The ABS material is rated UL94 HB and the enclosure has been tested to IP66, with an IK07 impact rating per IEC 62262:2021. It is not UL listed and is specified for indoor use across -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F). Two 4 mm mounting holes outside the gasket channel handle wall mounting or the 1554FT foot kit, and the 1554CPL steel inner panel is available separately. Shipping weight is 0.34 lbs (0.15 kg); REACH and RoHS compliant.
