The 1553WDBK pairs a black ABS body with grey TPE soft-grip sides in the 1553W water-tight hand-held format. It measures 5.8 in x 3.54 in x 0.98 in (147 mm x 90 mm x 25 mm), making it a slim case for OEM engineers packaging handheld testers, remotes and portable controllers where the enclosure is designed to meet IP65.
Material is UV stabilized, flame retardant ABS rated UL94 V-0. The top cover is recessed to take a membrane display or keypad and the front panel is integrated with the top half. A pre-formed silicone gasket arrives pre-installed, and the assembly screws are positioned outside the gasket channel.

Replacement gaskets are 1553WDGASKET (2-pack) and replacement cover screws are SC1553WB100BK. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant, is packed in shrink wrap and has a shipping weight of 0.26 lbs (0.12 kg). A grey version of the same size is 1553WDGY.
