Hammond 1486B12 2.5 x 2.5 x 12 in Type 4/12 Wiring Trough

The 1486B12 is a 12 in long Type 4/12 wiring trough from the 1486 Series, with a 2.50 in x 2.50 in cross-section. It is designed to enclose and protect multiple wiring junctions from dirt, dust, oil and water, and suits electricians and OEM builders who need a short, sealed trough between enclosures or devices.

The trough is formed from 14 gauge steel with smooth continuously welded seams. A butt hinged cover is secured with easily operated stainless steel screw clamps, and oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured. External mounting feet of 12 gauge steel are welded to the back. Trough and cover are finished in ANSI 61 gray powder coating.
