The 1472-48W is the full-width writing surface for 48 in consoles in the 1472 Series Type 12 modular console cabinet system. It fastens to the front of the console with screws and gives operators a continuous steel shelf beneath the sloped control and instrument panels, useful for paperwork, manuals or input devices at wide control stations.
