Hammond 1427NCGPG16LG 14 mm PG16 Extra-Long Gray Nylon Cordgrip, 10

The 1427NCGPG16LG is a gray (RAL 7035) extra-long PG16 liquid-tight cordgrip made of nylon. Listed in the series' PG Threads (Extra Long) table, it has an inner thread length (T) of 0.59 in (15 mm) against 10 mm on the standard PG16, and clamps cable from 10 mm to 14 mm where it enters or leaves an enclosure.

Inside the nylon body, an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal and a large opening accept a wide range of cable diameters. The strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring, holding the cable firmly without twisting or damaging it. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.

The 1427NCGPG16LG provides IP68 protection and is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. It is UL listed with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and is RoHS and REACH compliant. It operates from -40°C to 100°C static (up to 120° instantaneous) and -20°C to 80°C dynamic (up to 100° instantaneous), and ships in a bag at 0.04 lbs (0.02 kg).
